Let's keep them coming: incomprehensive root canals, cavitations (and its potential for silent infection development, chronic illness, and systemic disease), galvanizing metals, pulling too many teeth in one surgery, excess nitrous oxide, prophylactic antibiotics, metal allergies and the near complete lack of preventative testing, and I'm sure there's several others I'm missing.

This makes me so happy. It is so hard to convince young parents that the toothpaste they are giving their children contains poison. They just don't believe it.

From 01/01/2025 mercury fillings made illegal in UK. But what about us that have a mouthful of it? Told that it was perfectly safe. The very least they could do is to remove it. I hope a lawsuit comes out on this. So many of us have health problems from this.

It is unfortunate that there will probably be no recourse to compensate those who've had mercury fillings placed. The best thing one can do is to find a dentist who will replace/remove them as safely as possible. Our organization has created a dental certification for the Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique (SMART) that protects patients and dental staff from mercury exposures when dental mercury fillings are removed
